Susannah Gordon-Messer

Susannah Gordon-Messer is a highly educated professional, holding a PhD in Biophysics and Structural Biology from Brandeis University, and a B.S in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.

With a strong background in STEM education, Susannah has held various roles in prestigious organizations. She currently serves as a STEM Education Specialist at Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance.

Her previous positions include Deputy Director at Ci2 Concept Research Lab at University of Southern Maine, Educational Content Manager at Scheller Teacher Education Program at MIT, and Post Doctoral Fellow in Science Curriculum Development at Strategic Education Research Partnership.

Susannah Gordon-Messer has also contributed as a Mentor at The Posse Foundation's Science Posse 1 program, a Doctoral Student in Biophysics and Structural Biology at Brandeis University, and a High School Math Teacher in Warren County, NC as part of Teach for America.
