Arnaud Ducruix

Arnaud Ducruix, a distinguished individual with a Doctorate in Sciences from the University Paris Sud (P11), has a rich academic and professional background in the field of structural biology and pharmaceutical sciences.

Having started his career at CNRS in 1971, Arnaud Ducruix's journey includes completing his thesis at the Institute of Natural Substance Chemistry, conducting post-doctoral research at MIT and 'Ecole Polytechnique, and co-founding the structural biology laboratory at CNRS campus in Gif-sur-yvette.

His contributions extend to the creation of a structural biology center at the University Paris Descartes, where he later served as a professor. Arnaud Ducruix's research interests encompass crystalline growth of biological molecules, cell signaling, bacterial efflux mechanisms, and infectious diseases.

Throughout his career, he has authored over 100 publications in international journals, coordinated European programs on infectious diseases, and held various roles at CNRS and University Paris Descartes, including teaching at the undergraduate level and serving on scientific councils and administrative boards.
