Susana Branco

Susana Branco is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in user-centered innovation and Customer Experience Design.

She holds a degree in Industrial Design and a Master's in Design Futures from Goldsmiths University of London, with a specialization in Management from the Catholic University of Lisbon.

Having worked as an industrial designer at Samsung Design Europe, she later became part of the founding team at Beta-i in Lisbon, assisting numerous startups in realizing their visions.

Additionally, Susana co-founded the Creative Cooperative network to advocate for Design Thinking and Service Design, organizing events like the service design drinks and design jam.

Currently, she serves as a co-founder of IZO Portugal, a company dedicated to executing projects within the realm of Customer & Employee Experience.

Her educational background includes studies at Escola secundária Padre Alberto Neto, advanced management program at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and an Erasmus program in Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano, among others.

Susana has held various roles in organizations such as Business Partner at IZO, Co-Founder of the Portuguese Chapter at Service Design Network, and Facilitator at DesignThinkers Academy, showcasing her expertise in customer and employee experience design.

Her previous engagements span diverse areas like brand strategy, project management, and academic positions at institutions like the University of Aveiro.
