She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Yale University's Yale School of Management, a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University, and has studied International Organizations and Social Justice at the School for International Training.

Susan's professional journey has seen her involved in various organizations and roles, including being a Playwright, Performer & Producer at 140 LBS, a former Artist-in-Residence at The Collective, and a Senior Associate Consultant at Forum Solutions LLC.

Additionally, she has experience as a Social Impact Consultant at Purple Rainier, Manager at Peach Perks at Peach Inc., and Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, showcasing her versatile skill set.

In her previous roles, she has also excelled as an Engagement Lead, Client Partner at Pointmarc, a Global PR & Marketing Manager at Thrive Networks, and a Sustainable Development Associate at ACDI/VOCA, among others.
