Rachio is a certified b-corp and Denver-based smart home technology and yard care company working to make sustainable water use effortless and personally rewarding for homeowners. 

Sarah was responsible for all revenue generating activities and channels as well as company strategy. This included developing and monetizing new solutions, managing B2C (major retailers, rachio.com) and B2B (distributors, irrigation pros, builders and water utilities) business strategy and execution, and leading the sales, marketing, and customer success functions. In addition to owning the P&L, she oversaw brand management, channel management, and aspects of product management in the marketplace.

Sarah was also engaged in projects related to the intersection of water sustainability and inequity issues, as well as the impacts regenerative agriculture can have on water conservation.

Sarah has operational performance improvement, cost transformation, implementation and supply chain experience, including procurement, vendor integration, inventory management improvements and logistics network design. She is a certified SCRUM Master and a proponent of agile. Sarah also worked with clients to address pilot design and implementation of organizational changes.

In addition, Sarah had extensive expertise in growth strategy, digital strategy & operations and operating model design, having assessed topics such as national and international expansion, product line expansion and enhancements, and customer engagement via salesforce optimization and digital and social marketing. 

Sarah is trained in infusing and building Inspirational Leadership and co-creation capabilities with diverse teams and clients in order to navigate change and ensure results 'stick.'
