Susan Goldsmith is a highly experienced attorney with a wide range of expertise in the legal field. She specializes in domestic and foreign trademark portfolio management, IT/IP licensing agreements, contentious matters involving computer hardware and software, e-commerce, and Internet use and abuse. Additionally, Susan has extensive experience in corporate and commercial business transactions, joint ventures, and start-ups, including complex mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings.

She received her Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania. Her law degree was obtained from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, and she studied high school at West Orange.

Susan has worked in several reputable law firms, including Duane Morris, Buchanan Ingersoll, Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis, SorinRoyerCooper LLC, and SorinRand LLP. She currently works at McCarter & English, LLP, where she is a Partner in the IP/IT Department.

She is widely recognized as a top attorney and has received several awards and accolades, including being elected as a NJ "Super Lawyer" in several years, including 2012- 2014, and being recognized by World Trademark Reporter in 2012 - 2015 publications of WRT 1000 as "Recommended Individual" in New Jersey. She is also an LES Certified Licensing Professional and involved at the leadership level with the Licensing Executive Society (US/Canada).
