Todd Clayton

Dana Robinson, J.D., cum laude, is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur with expertise in intellectual property, corporate law, M&A, and business transactions. He is a seasoned business advisor, angel investor, and advisor to startups, with 20 years of experience in principal business ownership. Dana is co-host of the Opt Out Life podcast and author of the book "Opt Out. Rethink Success. Reinvent Rich. Realize the Life You Want." He is a former partner at TechLaw LLP, managed the trademark practice at Quirk & Tratos, and is the former CEO of Trademarkery, LLC. Additionally, Dana has co-founded and led multiple successful businesses, including Esquivel Shoes, Modern Cooperage, and eChristian, Inc., sold to Shamrock Capital in 2016. Dana holds a bachelor's degree from L.I.F.E. Pacific College and an M.A. from Azusa Pacific University. He is also an adjunct faculty member at California Western School of Law and a Linkedin Learning instructor with seven courses on business and intellectual property.
