Susan Brady

Susan Brady is an experienced CEO, managing director, and consultant who is passionate about advancing women's leadership and promoting inclusivity in organizational leadership. Her career has included positions at various academic institutions and organizations, including Linkage Inc., Mobius Executive Leadership, The Relational Life Institute, Babson College Executive Education, and Simmons University.

Brady's education background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Marietta College, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Ohio University, and a diploma from Martha's Vineyard Regional High School.

Currently the CEO and Managing Director of The Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, Brady has dedicated her life to promoting gender parity and equity in organizational leadership. Her latest book, "Mastering Your Inner Critic and 7 Other High Hurdles to Advancement," takes an introspective approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving success.
