Suruchi Srikanth

Suruchi Srikanth is a passionate education strategist with a diverse background in private and public sector organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School and a Master's in Educational Leadership from The Broad Residency in Urban Education. Suruchi has been extensively involved in delivering quality educational opportunities for children and adults, both through traditional schools and EdTech platforms. She has international work experience and brings a unique perspective to educational innovation.

Suruchi has held various leadership positions, including Director of Learning Development at Hatch - Immersive learning experiences and Chief of Staff at Green Dot Public Schools. Prior to that, she worked at Bain & Company as Associate and Senior Associate Consultant, and also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst and Merchant Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Suruchi is currently a Strategic Partner and User Researcher at Designathon Works.
