- Carried out all HR responsibilities including employee engagement, recruitment, induction, policy de- velopment, compensation & benefits, learning and development, coaching and off boarding- Responsible for end - to - end recruitment process - sourcing top talent using traditional and non- traditional sources of recruitment, conducting HR interviews, co-ordinating Line Manager interviews and undertaking all relevant correspondence including preparing offer letters & contracts- Custodian of the On-boarding process – ensuring access of all HR tools for new joiners and introduction to other relevant company property set up like Employee Handbook, Company Core Values. Co-ordinating with hiring managers to create a 2 day Induction schedule for all new joiners- Create various HR policies relating to leave, sickness, reimbursements, travel, performance im- provement, disciplinary & grievance- Develop and manage HR Communication - both internal and external in the form of emails, newsletters, collaterals etc- Coordinate and organize HR events such as monthly meetings, offsite and team days- Manage the off boarding process and all related administrative activities • Redefined the corporate organizational structure to better align the responsibilities of key executivesand managers with their functional skill sets• Assisted in a pan India level organizational change management project in 2 major Indian IT Educa-tion companies having a franchise network spread across India. The companies were crippled with fall- ing profits and high employee attrition- Developed Management Framework encompassing the Vision, Mission and Objectives, Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), organogram restructuring, key result areas & performance indica- tors- Mapped competencies of existing employees with restructured roles and consequently led a re- cruitment campaign for new positions- Conducted training program for all employees
