Paloma Martínez is a Communications Major graduate from PUCP with extensive experience in different areas such as Human Resources, Education, E-commerce, and Culture. She has developed herself as a Service Design Consultant, Success Manager, College Teacher, Jefa de Proyectos, Marketing Coordinator, Key Account Manager, and much more in different companies and organizations.

As a mentor, teacher, and coordinator, Paloma has shared her knowledge and expertise with pre and post-grad students, teaching them how to stay relevant in an ever-changing business and employment market. Paloma enjoys getting to know people, understanding their needs, and helping them develop personally and improve their surroundings to deliver an unmatched experience. Paloma has pursued excellence in service and experience design and has acquired a series of certifications and studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, UTEC, and Disney.
