Supratik Ray is a distinguished professional with a significant background in digital transformation, specializing in process automation and digitization through RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) technologies.

With a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from The ICFAI University, Tripura, Supratik has amassed diverse experience in the IT industry, serving in various capacities such as Consultant, Technical Lead, Business Development Manager, Presales Consultant, and IT Service Delivery Manager across different regions like Australia, Europe, LATAM, Middle East, South Africa, and India.

Currently, Supratik holds the position of Practice Head for Digital Transformation (RPA) at MicroGenesis Techsoft Pvt. Ltd., where he drives initiatives that enable clients to embark on their digital transformation journey efficiently and improve organizational productivity and efficiency

Prior to his current role, Supratik held key positions at reputable organizations including Mindtree and Tata Consultancy Services, where he served as Module Head, RPA Consultant for a Major Utilities Organization, Sales & Business Development Manager (Manufacturing - VBU), Quality Assurance Consultant in Presales, and IT Service Delivery Manager for a Major Telecom Provider.
