Michal Targiel

Michal Targiel is a seasoned professional in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), driving the adoption and implementation of RPA and IPA solutions across Europe.

With a background in Outsourcing, Insourcing, and Consulting, Michal brings a wealth of experience and expertise in areas such as Intelligent Process Automation, SSC Set up, SSC operational management, Program Management, IT and Project consulting, PMO setup, and Coaching/Developing Project Managers.

He has a solid foundation in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and has led initiatives in this area as part of PMO roles.

Michal Targiel pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza im. Stanisława Staszica w Krakowie and also studied Management at AGH University of Science and Technology.

Currently, Michal serves as the Director of Intelligent Process Automation (RPA, IPA) at PwC, having previously held the position of Intelligent Business Process Automation Director and Senior Manager - RPA Leader, Consulting SSC / BPO / ITO at the same organization.

Prior to his tenure at PwC, Michal Targiel held significant roles at Amway Business Centre Europe, Capgemini, Deloitte, and Ergo sp. z o.o., where he contributed his expertise in various capacities such as Head of PMO, Senior Transition Manager, Senior Consultant, and Product Manager.
