Sunish Oturkar is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in consumer and internal operations product management across various industries like fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, service marketplaces, and logistics.

He is currently focused on streamlining operations for mental health therapists to enhance their private practice at Heard.

Prior to his current role, Sunish managed product teams at companies like Capsule Pharmacy, Gopuff, and Wayfair, overseeing areas such as cart and checkout performance, order management, fulfillment optimization, customer service, supply chain, and professional services.

He has a solid educational background with a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
