Sulabh Shukla

Sulabh Shukla has over 14 years of experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Legal sectors. He started his career as a software engineer and worked his way up to become an Advocate with expertise in Financial, Technology/Cyber Law, Corporate, and Criminal Laws. His roles have given him vast experience in handling International Clients from Large Financial Institutions in Europe, USA, and Japan to Blue Chip companies and SME’s in India. He has excellent exposure in understanding client needs, enduring relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Key skills include legal matters, TMT laws, Financial Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Stakeholder Management, Corporate Laws, and Policy Framework.

Sulabh completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Cyber Law, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the University of Rajasthan and MCA, Computer Applications at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He presently works as an Advocate at Rajasthan High Court at Lex Partners, where he handles crucial cases and helps clients solve complex legal challenges. Prior to that, he worked as the Head of Legal, IT, and Management at Comflex Cable Industries, Project Lead at IBM, Senior Software Engineer at Syntel Inc, Engineer- Application Development at CSC India Pvt Ltd, and Project Trainee at Birlasoft.
