Sujal Patel is a seasoned commercial and corporate finance solicitor with a wealth of experience in handling corporate finance transactions and various business legal matters. His expertise ranges across multiple areas such as commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, equity market admissions, secondary fundraisings, and providing general company and business advice. Sujal's educational background includes a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from The College of Law, Moorgate, and an LLB Hons in Law with a 2.1 from the University of Leicester.
