David Kirchblum, a leading partner at Cozen O'Connor, has extensive expertise in corporate transactional matters. He works with clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and structured financings, restructurings, joint ventures, corporate formation, governance, and compliance matters. His robust work history includes representing public, private, and emerging companies, private investment funds and financial institutions, in a wide range of corporate transactions.

David is a graduate of Boston College Law School where he earned a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to that, he graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. David specializes in several industries, including healthcare, consumer retail, technology, real estate, and manufacturing. He also has extensive experience working on cross-border energy, mining, and infrastructure acquisitions, development and financings, including multi-lateral and limited recourse financings on transactions totaling over $16 billion in aggregate.

In addition to practicing law, David has given back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Byerschool Foundation. He is also fluent in Spanish, which expands his reach to provide legal services to Spanish-speaking clients.
