Before founding Fusebox in 2015 with her son, Scott, Sue Pierce served as the executive director of a public policy research organization from 1988 to 1994. Her work at Fusebox focuses on helping organizations, particularly K-12 school districts, manage their energy and utility costs through data-driven insights and behavior change initiatives. Under her leadership, Fusebox has implemented successful energy conservation programs that have significantly reduced energy consumption in various educational institutions.123
