- Created a recipe aggregation and smart browsing service with the ultimate of goal of making recipes and meals as one of primary modes of helping customers shop.
- Designing and defining methodology for incubating ideas and converting them to mainstream solutions.

- Delivered the first version of a enhanced user experience on TomThumb.com resulting in -
 significantly higher conversion and usage of the website and the mobile app.
- Established a DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment for all Loyalty applications.  The solution consists of Jenkins and Puppet scripts running on Azure.
- Hired and mentored the DevOps team on adopting the best in class practices.

- Evangelized, obtained organizational buy-in and implemented the re-platformed Loyalty to Microsoft Azure public cloud.

- Delivered Safeway’s consumer facing mobile app which currently has over 4.5M downloads across iOS, Android and Amazon Kindle devices.
