Subrata Majumdar

Subrata Majumdar is a seasoned leader in the technology industry with over 23 years of experience in software products, business management, and global capability center leadership. He is currently the VP of Technology, India, and Global CTO of the Healthcare & Data Solutions unit at Clarivate, where he oversees a team of 1000 colleagues. Prior to this role, Subrata was the global head of Managed Services for Symphony Ventures, a leading intelligent automation consulting and implementation firm, where he optimized production robots for Fortune 100/500 customers worldwide.

Subrata has also held leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, where he led the setting up of the software development unit in India and managed a $15 million book of business focusing on buy-side customers and KPOs. He also set up the Market Intelligence center in India for the $13 billion firm covering 5 SBUs. Additionally, he spent two years as the Chief Business Officer at nanoBI data and analytics, an early-stage analytics platform company, where he led all GTM, developed sales channels, and managed the largest investor-partner relationship for the company.

Subrata's IT career began as the Product Manager for Reveleus, the Enterprise Risk & Performance product of i-flex solutions (now Oracle), where he also led the implementation of the product at marquee Tier 1 global banks. He has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management and studied Leadership at INSEAD. Subrata also studied at St. Patrick's H S School in Asansol.
