Subhadra Dutta

Subhadra Dutta is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with a strong background in setting up people analytics functions and leading organizational effectiveness, talent management, and learning & development initiatives.

With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree in the same field from Central Michigan University, Subhadra also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Delhi University and a B.A. in Psychology from Delhi University.

Throughout her career, Subhadra has held various key roles in renowned organizations. She has served as the Director of People Science - People Analytics & Talent Management at Motive, the Director of People Science & Analytics at Stitch Fix, and the Head of People Science & Analytics at Twitter.

Subhadra's expertise lies in providing integrated insights to leaders and organizations, utilizing analytics, people metrics, employee surveys, competency framework creation and validation, assessments, leader/high-potential assessment and development, selection, talent development, succession planning, and research.

She focuses on leveraging data to facilitate evidence-based decision-making for enhancing organizational effectiveness and designing effective talent management programs. Her experience spans across a spectrum of roles from organization and management development to talent development and analytics.

Subhadra has also contributed her skills and knowledge as a Consultant at Human Capital Growth, as a Human Resource Associate at InspireOne, and as a Talent Development Analyst at Molina Healthcare, among others. She has a rich academic background combined with extensive practical experience in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
