Su-Xian Kuan is a motivated and goal-oriented professional with a broad range of experience in management, human resources, marketing, event planning, and project management. She attended the University of Connecticut School of Business, where she majored in Management with an emphasis on Human Capital Management and double minored in English and Digital Marketing & Analytics. Su-Xian also has experience as a Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst at Ipsos North America, a Marketing Support Intern at UConn Family Business Program, and a Student Administrative Assistant at the University of Connecticut School of Business and Urban and Community Studies Department. Su-Xian is a former Vice President of Programs at Delta Zeta Sorority and an Orientation Leader at the University of Connecticut. She is also experienced in leadership, having taken part in Leading Off Campus at Leadership Greater Hartford.
