Having studied at renowned institutions such as The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for his Master's in International Affairs and History, and Georgetown University for his Bachelor's in International Affairs, Holliday has a solid academic foundation.
Currently serving as the President and CEO of Meridian International Center, Holliday brings a wealth of leadership skills and expertise to the organization.
Holliday has demonstrated his proficiency in international relations through his notable past roles, including Director of International Practice at QGA Public Affairs, US Ambassador to the United Nations for Special Political Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, and Coordinator of the Bureau of International Information Programs at the U.S. Department of State.
With a diverse range of experiences, Holliday has also served as Special Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel at The White House, Policy Advisor at the Office of the Governor in the State of Texas, and Regional Program Director for the Middle East and North Africa at the International Republican Institute.
Holliday has further contributed to the field of national security and veterans affairs, having been the Coordinator for the Veterans and National Security Coalition at the Bush Presidential Reelection Campaign.
His military background as a Naval Officer in both Active Duty and Reserve with the US Navy has provided him with unique insights and experiences that complement his extensive diplomatic and political roles.
