Stuart Arnett is a dedicated professional with a passion for smart land use, economic and community development solutions, and the redevelopment of key community sites and facilities.

His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Economic Development from the University of New Orleans, and certifications in Lay Ministry Formation Program and Servant Leadership from Saint Anselm College.

Stuart has held various key positions within different organizations, including serving as the Economy Developer and Managing Member at ADG - Arnett Development Group LLC, Contracted Economic Development Project Manager at the Town of Londonderry New Hampshire, Co-Managing Member at Better Future Alliance L3C, and Board member at NEDA - Northeast Economic Development Association, among other roles.
