Steven Jasmin is the Group Chairman and Managing Director of Smart City Clearing Company Ltd., a BVI-based merchant bank focused on the Guyana frontier market, specializing in alternative investments in areas like commercial real estate, oil & gas, infrastructure, and technology.

With over 15 years of experience in management consulting and investment banking, he has worked with Fortune 500 and middle-market companies, bringing expertise in corporate finance and investment banking to the table.

His extensive network and background as a former registered investment banker enable him to provide a unique perspective and valuable insights to his clients and partners.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and has further education in data science and analytics from Kennesaw State University.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in various organizations and roles, including commercial real estate development, infrastructure solutions, mentoring at Techstars, and serving on advisory boards.
