With over 20 years of experience in building new ventures, Steven focuses on creating innovative solutions that enhance people's lives through the power of design.

He is the Managing Partner at Arabella and has a background in various industries including healthcare, fintech, wellness, education, online media, publishing, cybersecurity, and more.

Steven Dean holds an MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and a BS in Mathematics from Baylor University.

As a former Co-Founder of companies like Edwin and Vagus Labs, Steven has also held positions such as Partner at Prehype and Faculty at the MFA Products of Design program at the School of Visual Arts.

He has been actively involved in teaching service design and entrepreneurship, as well as leading workshops on behavior change, product innovation, and the quantified self.

Steven's vast experience includes roles such as VP of Product Development at Alere, Inc., Actuarial Consultant at Mercer, Inc., and Lead Information Architect at iXL, Inc.

His expertise extends to mentoring, organizing events, and contributing as an Adjunct Faculty member at esteemed institutions like New York University, Parsons, and Rhode Island School of Design.
