Steve Rothschild

Steve Rothschild is a Partner at The Strategic Group, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He specializes in working with high-net-worth investors, family offices, corporations, and insurance companies, providing solutions related to tax credits, tax-deferred 1031 exchanges, and Opportunity Zone funds. His involvement includes co-developing projects such as affordable housing and historic rehabilitation, leveraging various federal and state-sponsored tax credit strategies.13

In addition to his professional work, Rothschild has founded initiatives like the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Will's Club and The Foundation for Molecular Medicine.
