Alok Behl is a seasoned professional in Product Management and Delivery with over 14 years of experience. He is an expert in defining strategies, roadmaps, budgeting, technology evangelization, and new product development across multiple technologies. He has extensive experience in conducting primary and secondary research for market opportunities, need-gap analyses, and customer satisfaction. He is a certified Scrum Master who practices Scrum under Agile methodology, balancing stakeholder interests, achieving milestones, and supporting technical decision-making. Additionally, Alok has experience in team hiring, building, and management, as well as servant leadership-oriented team-based management style, with a great passion to drive visions into reality.

Alok Behl started his professional journey as an Engineer Intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Later, he worked as a Founding Director and De-Facto Product Manager at Salus Alpha Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he wore multiple hats with varied roles and responsibilities, building the wholly owned subsidiary and its operations from scratch. After that, Alok worked as a Manager of Product Management at Fiserv and as a Learning and Contemplating professional at Confidential. Currently, he is working in Product Management at Western Union.

Alok Behl graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in Noida and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology in Waknaghat, Solan. Prior to that, he went to St. Peter's Academy and The British Co-Ed High School in Patiala.
