Steve Pierz is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in the automotive and heavy equipment manufacturing industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bradley University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Pierz has held various positions at Caterpillar Inc., including Strategy and Innovation Manager, Program Strategy Manager, and Global Leader Profile Strategy Manager for Reman and Core Components. He has also served as Chief Innovation Officer at Fbr, where he helped steer the company towards greater innovation.

Pierz has worked as a materials engineer, a heat treat engineer, a senior design engineer, and as a supervisor across various departments in Caterpillar Inc. He has a keen eye for process improvement, having held positions as a Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt in the Product Support Division, and has also been a managing consultant with Caterpillar's Strategic Consulting division.
