Steve McCarthy is an accomplished Human Resources Manager with years of experience in the field, having worked with esteemed organizations such as BAPTIST VILLAGE BAXTER LIMITED and Deakin University. His academic background includes an Advanced Certificate in Personnel from Dandenong College of TAFE and a Higher School Certificate from De La Salle College.

Before joining BAPTIST VILLAGE BAXTER LIMITED, Steve's journey took him through various roles in different institutions such as Australian Catholic University, Royal Automobile Club of Victoria, Victorian Imaging Group Pty Ltd, and more. He has also spent several years at Monash University, working his way up from a Human Resources Officer to Manager, Personnel Services and finally HR Business Partner.

Steve's vast experience in the HR industry has equipped him with exceptional skills such as HR consulting, executive recruitment, training and development, personnel services, and business partnering.

Through his work in the Victorian Amateur Football Association as a Field Umpire, Steve has also honed his leadership and teamwork skills, making him a well-rounded professional.
