Appointed to a team of engineers working in a large, complex Django application supporting order management and medical billing operations for this mid-stage biotech startup.
• Automated complex revenue cycle processes for medical insurance claims, increasing efficiency and accuracy. 
• Implemented Stripe as a credit card processing solution for customer payments, facilitating easier payment flows for customers.
• Enabled seamless launch of a new molecular diagnostic product by partnering with peers across multiple teams to provide additional support.
