Steve Herz

Steve Herz is the President and Founding Partner of IF Management, a talent management company based in New York City. He has a diverse background that combines law, media, and motivational speaking. Herz began his career after earning a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School, where he advocated for underprivileged clients as a public defender. He later worked in the media industry, including roles at the Athletes & Artists division of the Marquee Group and Geller Media Management, before founding IF Management in 1996, which was rebranded from If Enterprises in 2000 to better reflect its mission and services.

Herz is recognized for his dynamic approach to coaching and motivating clients, including CEOs and young professionals, to achieve their highest potential. He has also made appearances on major news networks such as CNBC, CNN, and CourtTV, discussing various high-profile cases. In addition to his management role, he authored a book titled "Don’t Take Yes for an Answer," published in 2020, which further emphasizes his philosophy on personal growth and resilience.1234
