Hitesh Soni

Hitesh Soni is a 19+ years experienced global enterprise digital transformation leader who is passionate about helping businesses move confidently into the digital future through cloud-based solutions. He is currently working as the Sr. Director of Strategic Clients for HDFC Group at Oracle, where he leads the efforts to help global financial institutions leverage their data and transform their business, utilizing the Autonomous Gen 2 Cloud. Hitesh's specialties include establishing new business segments, hiring, motivating, and leading exceptional talent, and driving the digital transformation agenda with enterprises. He has a diverse educational background, including studying Global Strategic Conversations & Business Insights, Executive Education in Business Management at Harvard University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, and a Master's in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai. Outside of work, he enjoys following new technology startups, mentoring them on their business plans and strategies, and giving back to society.
