With a Master of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas State University-San Marcos, Steve has a strong educational background. He has held key roles in various organizations, currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Degreed. Previously, he was Vice President of Learning Strategy & Innovation at Mastercard, where he held several other leadership positions in digital learning technology, talent development, and instructional design. Steve is recognized as a next-practice ideator and master problem solver who collaborates with organizations to drive success through talent solutions.
