Steve Ames is a talented and experienced professional dedicated to supporting early childhood wellbeing and community development. He completed his Bachelor's degree in History and Asian studies at Williams College, and later participated in Vermont Leadership Institute. Steve has held several positions throughout his career, including serving as a ski coach at Stowe Mountain Resort, Registrar and Faculty Liaison at Leslie University, and Executive Director of River Arts of Morrisville, Inc. He was also the Founding Director of Rutland Area Food Co-op and a Consultant at Adelphia Communications. Steve is passionate about community involvement and has previously served as Board Treasurer of Craftsbury Saplings and as Regional Coordinator of Building Bright Futures of Vermont.
