Stephen Westerman

Stephen Westerman, an accomplished and experienced Senior Director, R&D Operations at Procore Technologies, has a rich professional background. He received his Associate Degree in Interdisciplinary GE from Santa Barbara City College and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Stephen started his career as a Set Designer/Stagecraft Teacher at Santa Barbara High School and later served as a Technical Crewman at Marjorie Luke Theatre and a Stage Crewman/Properties Master at Ensemble Theatre Company. He has held several positions in various fields, including Legal Secretary and Administrative Assistant at Price, Postel & Parma LLP, Research Technician at Wuxi Calex Science and Technology USA Co. Ltd., and Tasting Room Host at CONWAY FAMILY WINES.

Stephen's professional growth continued when he joined Procore Technologies, where he held several positions, including QA Analyst, Quality Assurance Manager, Director of Quality Assurance, and Senior Director, Engineering Strategy before taking his current position as Senior Director, R&D Operations. He has a proven track record of success in ensuring product quality and performance, developing and implementing engineering strategies and initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams.
