Stephen Welly is a seasoned real estate developer with over 30 years of experience in the business. He is currently serving as the President of Iris Consulting, where he utilizes his expertise in designing and building A+ quality Assisted Living Communities with innovative architecture and exceptional comfort of living for residents. Welly graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science degree in business, with a minor in Forestry and business management. Before joining Iris Consulting, he worked as the President/Principal of RL West of North Carolina, financing, developing, and managing multiple commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. He also served as the President of Rudolph Libbe Properties, Inc., where he led the development and construction of a $5 million state-of-the-art energy center. Stephen Welly's vast experience in real estate development has enabled him to build an impressive reputation as a respected and innovative leader in the industry.
