Stephen Redmond

Stephen Redmond is an experienced director in the recruitment and employment industry, known for his accomplishments in delivering large scale recruitment projects in the digital, construction/engineering, and green energy space. With an MBA and qualified project manager, he has a passion for providing innovative solutions to clients’ strategic recruitment needs. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in marketing & branding, tender management/bid writing, research & business intelligence, HSEQ, new business & business development, and business strategy. Redmond has a 1st Class Hons BA in Ancient History from UCL and an MA in Ancient History from the University of London.

Redmond is currently the Director of The Green Recruitment Company and has previously held directorial positions at The Digital Recruitment Company, as well as senior positions at Potensis Ltd, where he worked as Commercial Director and Associate Director, among others.
