Steve Redmond is a creative and versatile professional with over 27 years of experience in design and branding initiatives.

With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Steve honed his skills and expertise early in his career by collaborating with renowned designer Milton Glaser.

During his tenure at Jager DiPoala Kemp Design (JDK), Steve worked with top brands like Karhu, Kelty, STX, RockShox, and Burton, excelling in brand strategy, positioning, client management, and innovation.

An entrepreneur since 2000, Steve founded successful design studios, including Vermont's first food agency, Skillet Design, and has worked with notable companies such as TDK Electronics, Jetboil, JK Adams, and Vasa, among others.

Steve's approach to design and branding focuses on clarity, differentiation, and effective communication of brand tenets, helping clients achieve their performance goals, growth strategies, and brand evolution.

Currently serving as the President, Creative Director, and Designer at Rival Brands®, Steve continues to bring original insights and creative thinking to projects, drawing from his rich background and experience.

His past roles include being a Mentor In Residence at Branchfood, Senior Designer at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., Chief Creative Officer at Skillet Design & Marketing, Principal at Kindred Design Studio, and Team Leader at Jager Di Paola Kemp Design.
