Stephen Motosko

Stephen Motosko is a dynamic entrepreneur and innovator who embarked on his entrepreneurial journey during his college days when he established two companies to finance his education, attaining an impressive 12 patents along the way.

Graduating in 2011 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from Villanova University, Stephen joined the New York AlphaSights office as one of its pioneering 5 team members. At AlphaSights, he contributed significantly to the Asset Management, Private Equity, and Venture Capital projects. He went on to lead various teams, including Consulting, Internal Innovation, and People Operations.

Stephen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to gain admission to the Food-X accelerator program in 2016, where he ventured into his startup, Plasma Nutrition. The company boasts patent-pending technology poised to revolutionize the protein industry.

Stephen Motosko's educational background includes studying at Cardinal Mooney High School and earning a B.S. in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate, from Villanova University. Throughout his career, he has been associated with renowned organizations such as Ingredient Optimized, FOOD-X, and AlphaSights, where he held several key positions like Vice President, Senior Associate, and Analyst. Additionally, Stephen is the proud founder of UltraTek Worldwide and Moto Enterprises, reflecting his diverse entrepreneurial endeavors.
