•	Digital Marketing: built and executed digital content on two separate websites, by posting blogs, videos, photos and engaging content. 
•	Email Campaigns: designed and sent email campaigns to clients and prospects. Over 300 individually designed and sent annually. 
•	Press Releases: coordinated with the CBRE PR team to write, approve and distribute press releases for promotional value.
•	Event Marketing: planned and executed creative and professional events for our clients.
•	Print Marketing: designed and printed with our vendors various print marketing materials such as team brochures, personalized gift notes, and promotional materials. 
•	Social Media: designed and managed daily postings to our social media platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
•	Managed a team of marketing coordinators by interviewing, hiring and overseeing various digital and print marketing projects.
•	Client Gifts: sent clever and thoughtful gifts to clients after each loan closing and for important life events. Over 1000 gifts sent annually.

•	Serve as the CEO and Director of: Business Development, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Distribution, Accounting, Research and Development, Website Design, Photography, Photo Editing, Recruiting, Customer Service, Project Management, and Social Media. Also, Co-Director of: Marketing, Branding, and Clothing Design.

•	Served as the LA Marketing Coordinator by working with the CMO on distribution of email campaigns, Bain/Harvard Business Review, and other various digital/print marketing materials to clients and teams.
•	Managed Bain's CRM software and taught software training classes to new hires. 
•	Provided administrative support to the event marketing team.

•	Supported 5 to 7 different teams of consultants. Performed various administrative tasks such as attending weekly team meetings led by the case executive and manager, organized case startups/kick-offs/internal/external client meetings, project management, event planning, coordination of complex domestic and international travel, managed heavy calendars, expense reports and timesheets.

•	Served as the LA Coordinator for the Women at Bain Cohort. Our main focus: to improve working conditions for all females at Bain.

Marketing Coordinator/Consultant Manager Assistant

•	Supported the Directors of Events, Facilities and Capital Projects of the J. Paul Getty Trust.  Managed heavy calendars, coordinated senior staff meetings, finalized meeting agendas, updated coverage reports, expense reports, PowerPoint presentations and travel.
•	Event planning, coordination, and assistance with annual gala, gallery openings, trustee events, donor dinners, and staff celebrations.
•	Served as the lead administrative assistant by facilitating team meetings, communicating new protocols, and implementing new changes.

Executive Assistant - Freelance

•	Entrepreneur Impact Day brings together nonprofit leaders and local entrepreneurs to solve the selected nonprofit's biggest challenges. Built this organization from the ground up with 10 other team members. Recruited, managed, and delegated the work to 60 volunteers at an all-day event held simultaneously at the Bel Air Bay Club and Cross Campus in Santa Monica.
•	Served as the marketing coordinator between local businesses to fulfill their marketing needs, sponsorship demands and marketing campaigns.
•	Project management. Lead a team of project managers from UCLA to collaborate and present their ideas to the daytime work group sessions.

• Served as the Marketing Coordinator and worked with development teams to cultivate donor relationships and annual memberships.
• Deployed digital and print marketing materials written by the attorneys to the LA Times, Huffington Post, Switchboard, etc. 
• Event planner of our fundraisers, annual galas, luncheons, international retreats, board meetings, film screenings, and panel discussions.
