Stephen McWilliam is a seasoned professional with a background in strategic alliances and partnering, particularly excelling in coaching startups to enhance their marketing strategies and advance to Phase II of organizational development.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo.
Having served as the EVP and previous owner of Avanti, a company later acquired by Ricoh, Mr. McWilliam has demonstrated expertise in various leadership roles across different organizations.
His educational journey includes studying at Vincent Massey Collegiate Institute for High School, Hollycrest, University of Waterloo for his Bachelor of Arts, and Wilfrid Laurier University for his MBA with a focus on Marketing.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Stephen McWilliam enjoys playing the bagpipes, actively participating in volunteer activities within the Oakville community, and passionately following the performance of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
