During her time at the University of Waterloo, Olano led the development and international tour of "QUANTUM: The Exhibition," the first-ever traveling exhibition on quantum science and information technology.1
Education
Olano holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, which she completed between 2010 and 2014. She also has an Honours degree in Communications Studies from the same institution, obtained between 2003 and 2007.1

She is also a proud co-founder of LAUNCH Waterloo, a STEAM outreach initiative aimed at building skills and confidence in youth through interdisciplinary, recreational, team-based programming.1
