Stephen Lloyd

Stephen Lloyd is a dedicated spatial data scientist with a passion for utilizing maps and analytical tools to address conservation challenges in New York.

His educational background includes a Master's in City Planning with a focus on Environmental Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Environmental Studies from Tufts University, and studies in Conservation & Ecology at the School for International Training.

Stephen has a wealth of experience in the field, having served in various roles at The Nature Conservancy, including Spatial Data Scientist, Senior Spatial Analyst, and GIS Manager. He also worked as a Researcher and Conservation Planner at MIT, as well as in different positions at Ecotrust, Portland Bureau of Transportation, Oregon Natural Heritage Program, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
