Stephen Goodbody has a wealth of experience, spanning over thirty years, in managing intricate infrastructure projects in various industries like energy generation, semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, and industrial gases and chemicals.

He has overseen projects for renowned multinational companies such as Northrop Grumman, Johnson Controls, and the BOC Group (now Linde Group), with budget accountabilities exceeding $100 million, for both public and private entities.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Soltage, LLC, Stephen leads a team responsible for designing, building, owning, and operating the largest array of solar photovoltaic systems in the northeastern United States.

With his extensive engineering background, Steve's leadership approach, coupled with his ability to motivate and empower his team, consistently drives successful project outcomes.

An adept communicator, Stephen excels in both written and verbal forms, and is a captivating public speaker. He is also a certified Expert Witness in solar photovoltaic projects and engineering, along with being a technical consultant for the US Department of Energy.

His educational background includes studying Chartered Engineer at The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Certified Installer in Solar Photovoltaic Systems at North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University.

Throughout his career, Stephen held various leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President - Operations and Engineering, Senior Vice President - Operations and Engineering, and Vice President - Engineering at Soltage LLC. Additionally, he served as Director - Projects and Engineering at a Solar Power PPA Provider.

Stephen also has prior experience as Operations Manager in New Jersey at Johnson Controls, Inc, Facilities Manager for Compound Semiconductors at Northrop Grumman, and as a Project Manager, Development Manager, and Engineer for Semiconductor Systems at The BOC Group.
