Stephen Bizzell

Stephen Bizzell is a highly experienced company director and corporate advisor with a strong background in finance, risk management, and commercial skills. With over 25 years of listed company directorship experience in Australia and Canada, he has served on 16 stock exchange listed company boards.

Prior to his governance roles, Stephen had a successful executive career where he built and led businesses both domestically in Australia and internationally, specifically in the energy, resources, and financial services sectors.

Stephen attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants to study Chartered Accountancy, acquired a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from The University of Queensland, and completed his education at Brisbane Grammar School.
