Stephen Allison

Stephen Allison is the Program Director for Pathways to Opportunity at Philanthropy Roundtable, a position he assumed in April 2024.1 In this role, he focuses on building relationships with key thought leaders, nonprofit leaders, development professionals, and donors interested in K-12 education, higher education, career pathways, and workforce development initiatives.1

Prior to joining Philanthropy Roundtable, Stephen's career included:

1. Serving as a state director for Americans for Prosperity
2. Working as the director of free speech and peace at Stand Together
3. Practicing law for over 20 years
4. Serving as a state representative in the Georgia General Assembly from 2009 to 2017, where he held positions as chief deputy whip and committee chairman1

Stephen's educational background includes:

• A Bachelor of Arts in history from Virginia Military Institute
• A Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School1
