Stephanie Wright is an experienced emergency management professional currently serving as the Recovery Specialist at the Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management (HCOHSEM) in Texas.12 Her career in emergency management began in 2011 when she was appointed Deputy Director of the Secretary of the Senate's Emergency Operations Center (EOC).1
