Tonda Henry is a highly experienced professional with a background in emergency planning and disaster response/recovery operations, with over 13 years of dedicated service in this field.

Tonda's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas, an Associate's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the Community College of the Air Force, and a B.S. in Emergency Administration and Disaster Planning with a focus on Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the University of North Texas.
