Stephanie Lau is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background in the fields of Family Medicine, Epidemiology, Biology, and Integrative Health Coaching.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Family Medicine and Primary Care from The University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Brandeis University, a Master's Degree in Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and has completed the Integrative Health Coach Professional Training Program at Duke Integrative Medicine.
